What style of yoga do I choose?

You've finally decided to do yoga and you google "yoga studio", you find it, go to the site, take a look at who they are, where they are, and then the course times....

PANIC!!!

there are many times and that's fine, but each lesson has a different name!!!

And now how do I understand what to choose???

“Yoga is only one, which can express itself in different ways”

A rough classification aims to distinguish them into:

DYNAMIC STYLES: vinyasa, dynamic yoga, ashtanga

STATIC STYLES: hatha, yin, hatha&pranayama, gentle yoga, simple yoga

While KUNDALINI can be considered a discipline that has both a static and a dynamic part.
